Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern access to and use of OXPI. By using OXPI, users agree to these terms.

Service overview

OXPI is an AI-assisted business operations workspace. It helps users manage leads, customers, quotes, payment pages, documents, WhatsApp communication, appointments, reminders, and calendar scheduling.

Accounts and permissions

Users are responsible for maintaining accurate account information, protecting login credentials, and making sure that employees and team members use OXPI only within their authorized permissions.

Customer content

Users remain responsible for the data, messages, files, customer records, appointments, quotes, and other content they enter into OXPI. Users must have the rights and permissions needed to process and send this content through OXPI and its connected providers.

Third-party integrations

OXPI may connect to third-party services such as Google Calendar, Meta, WhatsApp providers, payment providers, and communication services. These services are governed by their own terms and policies. OXPI is not responsible for third-party outages, provider policy changes, or provider account restrictions.

Google Calendar integration

When a user connects Google Calendar, OXPI can create, update, and delete events on Google calendars the user owns, and can create Google Meet links for appointments. Users can disconnect Google Calendar in OXPI at any time.

Meta advertising and social integrations

When a user connects Meta, OXPI may access selected Facebook Pages, Instagram business accounts, ad accounts, lead forms, Lead Ads submissions, campaign data, and publishing workflows according to the permissions the user grants. Users remain responsible for campaign content, targeting, budgets, spend, claims, offers, customer consents, and compliance with Meta terms, Meta advertising standards, applicable privacy laws, marketing laws, and industry rules.

OXPI will not intentionally publish ads, social posts, or replies, or commit advertising spend, unless the business user approves the action or configures an explicit automation rule. Users are responsible for reviewing AI-generated drafts before approval.

Acceptable use

  • Do not use OXPI for unlawful, deceptive, harmful, or abusive activity.
  • Do not attempt to bypass security, access controls, usage limits, or provider restrictions.
  • Do not send spam, unauthorized marketing, or messages that violate applicable laws or provider policies.
  • Do not use Meta integrations to publish misleading ads, prohibited content, unlawful targeting, or unauthorized replies.
  • Do not upload malicious code or content intended to disrupt OXPI or third-party services.

Availability and changes

We work to keep OXPI available and reliable, but the service may be unavailable from time to time due to maintenance, updates, outages, or third-party provider issues. We may change or improve features as the product evolves.

Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how OXPI collects, uses, stores, shares, and deletes information, including Google and Meta user data.
